We use the US Post Office for shipping all orders. This allows us to ship to PO Boxes as well.
To note a different "Ship To" address, please check the box while checking out.
Shipping fees are calculated by both total order weight and distance to travel from NH using US Post Office guidelines. Orders with incorrect zip codes or incomplete addresses will not be shipped. We will cancel and refund your order to avoid any misdeliveries.
We ship only to the USA. We do not ship internationally.
Pearls Candy and Nuts will do its best to assure safe delivery of your candies, but cannot accept responsibility for candies shipped from May 15th - September 15th or for incorrect addresses.
One suggestion is to deliver your order to a location where someone will be able to receive it during the day. Candy left on the front porch during the warm summer months won't make it until you get home.
A back-up option is to purchase an Ice Pack or two. Please order at least one Ice Pack for every few chocolate candy items ordered. The Ice Packs are reusable and last approximately two days when fully frozen and are great for lunch boxes and coolers. When calculating shipping times, please do not include Sunday, Holidays or other non business days.
Due to candy being perishable, we cannot accept returns. Edible items may not be returned. Nor can we guarantee actual color. Colors may vary from photos shown.
In the case that a mistake was made with your order and the wrong items were shipped, please contact as soon as possible and we will work with you to get you the right products.
We work very hard to ship all orders the next business day following receipt. To expedite the process, please include a daytime telephone number with your order so we can reach out to you with any questions. We will only call if needed and will not share this information with any third parties.
